A brief Biography about your dentist

Dr. John Furesh is originally from Southern California with Croatian and Austrian roots. Being a science wiz, he knew that dabbling into dentistry would be a extraordinary venture. He graduated Magna cum laude from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelors of Science. Upon his completion of his B.S. Degree, he was accepted into the prestigious School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California. In 1975, he graduated with Magna cum laude and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). He partnered with Dr. Howard M. Stein at two offices in Lakewood and West Covina for 10 years before opening his San Pedro practice.

Dr. Furesh has been a beacon of high quality dentistry serving the San Pedro, Palos Verdes, and South Bay community. Dr. Furesh is so happy when his retired patients come as far as Montana and Las Vegas for dental visits! Procedures performed include crown and bridges, fillings, implant procedures, cosmetic dentistry including Zoom whitening.
